英国政府宣布自2月15日起，旅客在入境英国以前皆需要:

l 英国公民仍需要进行COVID-19检测

You must take a test even if you are a UK citizen.

you’ve already had the COVID-19 vaccine.

l 您必须於出发到英国前3天内进行COVID-19检测 (例如您星期五抵达英国，您必须选在星期四、星期三或星期二进行检测) You must take the test in the 3 days before you start your journey to England.

For example, if you travel directly to England on Friday, you must take the test on the Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday.

Before you travel to England from anywhere outside the Common Travel Area, you must provide your journey, contact details and the address where you will self-isolate. You can complete the public health passenger locator form 48 hours before you arrive. You may be required to present these details on your arrival in England.

*共同旅行区（Common Travel Area，CTA）

由爱尔兰共和国、大不列颠及北爱尔兰联合王国、曼岛、泽西岛和根西岛组成。一般情况下，共同旅行区内的移动很少受到限制。英国公民和爱尔兰公民只需要最低限度的证件就可以自由移动到对方国家。

From 15 February onwards, everyone allowed to enter England from outside the Common Travel Area (Ireland, the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man) must:

l 在隔离第2天或之前及隔离第8天或之后需再进行COVID-19检测 (费用210英镑) Everyone must book a travel test package – this costs £210. You must take a COVID-19 test on or before day 2 for variant surveillance and a test on or after day 8 to check that you do not have COVID-19.

l 遵守国家封锁规则 follow the national lockdown rules.

l 自主隔离10天 quarantine for 10 days.

如果您过去10天有到达red list上的国家，且您是英国或爱尔兰国民，亦或是您有英国居留权者，须於政府指定之隔离酒店隔离10天。如果您过去10天未到达red list上的国家，您需要在英国国内居住地隔离10天。

There are new rules if you arrive in England on or after 15 February. They’re different depending on if you’ve been in a country on the banned travel list (sometimes called the ‘red list’) in the last 10 days. If you’ve been to a red list country, you must quarantine in a hotel for 10 days. If you have not been to a red list country, you need to quarantine somewhere else for 10 days.

如果您非英国或爱尔兰国民，亦或是您没有英国居留权者，於过去10天内有到达red list上的国家，您将会被拒绝入境英国。

If you have been in or through any of the countries listed below in the previous 10 days, you will be refused entry to the UK.

如果您是英国或爱尔兰国民，亦或是您有英国居留权者，您仍可以入境英国，但是必须於政府指定之隔离酒店隔离10天。

If you are a British or Irish National, or you have residence rights in the UK, you will be able to enter. You must quarantine in a government approved hotel for 10 days. You cannot use the Test to Release scheme.
