英国政府宣布旅客2021/10/4以后，开始实施新的隔离政策，英国政府将全世界划分为 Red List 地区及其他地区。
若您是来自其他地区，您的隔离政策将会依照是否完成疫苗接种而有所不同。
Red list抵达英国
如果您过去10天有到达red list上的国家，只有英国或爱尔兰国民，或者您拥有英国居留权者，才可以进入英国，并需要在饭店进行隔离。施打过COVID-19疫苗者仍须要遵守该规定。
If you have been in a country or territory on the red list in the last 10 days you will only be allowed to enter the UK if you are a British or Irish National, or you have residence rights in the UK.
You must follow these rules even if you have been vaccinated.
Before travel to England 抵达英国前:
进行COVID-19检测，并预定隔离饭店(含2次COVID-19检验包)，另外需填写Passenger locator form
l take a COVID-19 test
l book a quarantine hotel package, including 2 COVID-19 tests
l complete a passenger locator form
On arrival in England抵达英国时:
於指定饭店隔离并进行2次COVID-19检测
l quarantine in a managed hotel, including 2 COVID-19 tests
其他地区抵达英国(已施打疫苗)
如果您抵达英国前14天完成以下两剂疫苗注射
l 两剂 辉瑞或AZ 2 doses of an approved 2 dose vaccine (such as Pfizer or AstraZeneca)
l 两剂 辉瑞或莫德纳If you were vaccinated with a 2 dose vaccine (such as Moderna or Pfizer) you must have had both doses to be considered fully vaccinated.
l 一剂 娇生one dose of an approved single dose vaccine (such as Janssen)
l 混打疫苗 (AZ、辉瑞、莫德纳)
mix 2 different types of vaccine, for example Oxford/AstraZeneca and Moderna
have the 2 vaccinations under 2 different approved programmes
Before travel to England 抵达英国前:
预定第二天COVID-19检验包，另外填写Passenger locator form
l book and pay for a day 2 COVID-19 test-to be taken after arrival in England
l complete a passenger locator form
On arrival in England抵达英国时:
进行COVID-19检测
l You must take a COVID-19 test on or before day 2 after you arrive.
您不需要提供COVID-19检测报告、不需要进行第8天检测亦不需要自主隔离10天。
Under the new rules, you will not need to:
l take a pre-departure test
l take a day 8 COVID-19 test
l quarantine at home or in the place you are staying for 10 days after you arrive in England
您需要提供完成疫苗接种证明。您必须提供来自政府或是国家级卫生机构的纸本/电子证明，表示已完全施打两剂疫苗并过14天且文件须包含以下资讯:
You must be able to prove that you have been fully vaccinated (plus 14 days) with a document (digital or paper-based) from a national or state-level public health body that includes, as a minimum:
l 姓名forename and surname(s)
l 生日date of birth
l 疫苗品牌及制造商vaccine brand and manufacturer
l 两剂疫苗的注射日期date of vaccination for every dose
l 疫苗认证的国家或地区country or territory of vaccination and/or certificate issuer
若您的证明文件并没有包含以上资料或是不符合完全施打疫苗的条件，您必须遵照「尚未施打疫苗」的入境政策。
若您是在美国完成疫苗注射，您必须提供身为美国居民的相关文件。
If your document from a public health body does not include all of these, you must follow the non-vaccinated rules. If not, you may be denied boarding.
其他地区抵达英国(未施打疫苗)
如果您抵达英国前未完成疫苗接种，包含:
l 未施打疫苗are not vaccinated
l 仅部分接种或仅施打一剂疫苗are partially vaccinated
l 不符合完全施打疫苗的条件do not qualify under the fully vaccinated rules
Before travel to England 抵达英国前:
提供COVID-19检测报告 (例如您星期五抵达英国，您必须选在星期四、星期三或星期二进行检测)，并预定COVID-19检验包，另外填写Passenger locator form
l take a pre-departure COVID-19 test – to be taken in the 3 days before you travel to England
l book and pay for day 2 and day 8 COVID-19 travel tests – to be taken after arrival in England
l complete a passenger locator form
On arrival in England抵达英国时:
您必须在您的住处自主隔离10 天并进行COVID-19检测
l quarantine at home or in the place you are staying for 10 days
l take a COVID-19 test on or before day 2 and on or after day 8
若您想提前结束隔离十天，可购买并完成抵达第五天的COVID-19检测 (Test to release) 。
You may be able to end quarantine early if you pay for a private COVID-19 test through the Test to Release scheme.
